AscentX was founded on a simple insight: innovative companies often scale faster than their financial structures. I’m passionate about anchoring great ideas in the world.
My journey spans from aspiring pilot to studying economics and East Asian economics through management consulting and senior commercial roles in technology-driven SMEs, to founding my own start-ups in Germany, the Netherlands, Thailand, and Singapore.
Today, I combine my experience as CFO (as well as CEO and COO) with a strong financial network and expertise in digitalization, financing, and international expansion. What excites me most is working with young, dynamic companies where ideas are alive and growth is tangible. With a lifelong passion for science and aerospace, I combine structured thinking with pragmatic execution to unlock growth for businesses ready to scale.

After earning my economics degree in Frankfurt, I spent over 25 years shaping corporate finance strategies in Frankfurt, Hamburg, and London. Since 2017, I have been based in Bangkok, supporting start-ups and scale-ups in the region as a mentor within the German Accelerator Program, as a financial advisor, and through the temporary assumption of senior financial leadership roles.
Working across Europe and Southeast Asia has given me a wealth of insights and a strong international network. Driven by challenges, in business and beyond, I focus on helping technology-driven companies enter and succeed in international markets.
